This notice explains what happens to personal data in connection with this website. It is deliberately short, because this site collects very little.

This site does not track you

No cookies. No analytics. No advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. We do not know who visits this site, and we have not built anything to find out.

The only third party your browser contacts is Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which serves the typefaces used on these pages. In doing so, Google receives your IP address. If you would rather that did not happen, a content blocker will stop it and the pages will still work, in a different typeface.

The contact form

The form on the home page does not send anything to a server. It assembles a message and opens it in your own email program, so nothing leaves your device until you press send there. At that point we receive an ordinary email.

What we do with what you send us

What we get: whatever you choose to put in the message — typically your name, your company, your email address and what you want to talk about.
Why: to read your enquiry and reply to it, and if it goes further, to discuss a possible pilot, collaboration or commercial relationship.
Legal basis: your consent in writing to us, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long: for as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards for as long as we may need it to account for the relationship. If nothing comes of it, we delete it.
Who else sees it: nobody. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data. Our email is handled by our email provider, as any company's is.
Automated decisions: none. A person reads your message.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, or object to our using it. Write to contact@skywright.es and we will answer within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Changes

If we change how any of this works — for example, if the contact form is ever wired up to send directly to a server — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
